PART 2 – SANHA UNABLE TO DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN KITMAANUL HAQ AND AMAANAT
Allah Ta’ala says: “And do not confound Haq with Baatil and do not conceal the Haq whilst you are aware (of the Haq).” [Surah Baqarah, Aayat 42]
Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: “Verily, I fear for my Ummah, the Aimmah-e-Mudhilleen (so-called Molvis, Sheikhs, Muftis and Imaams who mislead the masses).”
In its flash news No. 198, Sanha has published drivel on the issue of Amaanat. The carrion entity presents the following question and answer:
“Why did SANHA not issue its announcement immediately when the ingredient was discovered?
Based on the very nature of legal proprietary information and confidential disclosures, due process must be followed. Also from an Islamic Deeni perspective, amaanah (trust) cannot be breached. Permission must be sought from the owner of such proprietary information before releasing same.”
Response:
According to Sanha, the chocolates are Haraam even though the Mudhilleen did not proclaim it as Haraam due to them suffering from Haraamophobia as explained in part 1. The only valid reason for a carrion entity like Sanha to issue alerts is when a product is Haraam according to them; otherwise, their alerts would be meaningless.
When it is discovered that a certain product contains Haraam ingredients, then it is Waajib to alert the masses immediately about it. The talk of legal proprietary information is laughable. For a Halaal council – which boasts about having so many rubbish so-called Ulama as its members – to utter such drivel is indeed a disgrace even to the ridiculous theological component of the carrion certifier. But, since Sanha conducts itself like a Kaafir, due processes had to be followed. The Shariah is the furthest from the mind of these carrion Munaafiqeen!
When it is an indisputable fact that so many Muslims consume the mushtabah (doubtful) chocolates (which are Haraam according to Sanha), then it is indeed silly to withhold the information of the alleged Haraam ingredients and disgorge rubbish of confidential disclosures, amaanah, etc.
Sanha is lost and very off-track! How can Kitmaanul Haq (concealing the Haq) be interpreted as Amaanat? When it is discovered that something is Haraam due to a certain ingredient, then it is necessary to inform your Muslim brother about it, especially when one knows that Muslims are consuming the Haraam item or if they believe that such an item is Halaal, despite them abstaining from such a product.
Besides Zindeeqs, modernists suffering from an inferiority complex and those who think like Kuffaar, which Muslim in his right mind can say that withholding such important information is Amaanat and one has to follow the due processes of the Kuffaar, and that one should ignore the Shariah and focus on the nature of legal proprietary information and confidential disclosures?
What about all those Muslims who continue devouring the Haraam because they did not know it was Haraam when you knew it was Haraam? Such information is obviously not within the reach of 99% of people as it is only the carrion Mudhilleen who get access to the Kuffaar factories and plants because the Kuffaar know who are the ones selling the Deen for the sake of promoting the wares of the Kuffaar via the scrap ‘halaal’ certificates which consequently fools the ignoramuses and serves as a license for those who are not really concerned about halaal-haraam.
Consider the following silly statement: “Permission must be sought from the owner of such proprietary information before releasing same”. Must a Muslim seek permission from a Kaafir to declare that his Haraam products are Haraam? This is what the Sanha Munaafiqeen are actually saying. It should be remembered that the Shariah does not consider jaahiliyyah rights such as copyrights and these stupid rights which the Sanha Shaytaan is mumbling about. The flimsy proprietary and confidentiality excuses of Sanha are rejected by those who follow the Shariah!
No one is advocating that one should carry tales and publicize everything one hears. However, once the information is verified, and it is something which has to be publicized, then it is not permissible to delay in revealing the information.
But Sanha justifies the delay with fairytales. It indulges in Kitmaanul Haq for months and many Ulama-e-Haq have pointed out this flaw of the dubious certifying industry. For months, Muslims continue consuming the Haraam item, despite the Shaytaani so-called halaal organization being very well aware of it being Haraam months and even years before the announcement or notice is ever publicized.
At times, announcements and notices are made due to public pressure, blackmailing, etc. This speaks volumes of the Ikhlaas (sincerity) of these so-called Ulama in the carrion certifying industry. Moreover, for how long are Muslims going to remain blind to the shenanigans of the scholars for Dollars?
Informing the public of something that is Haraam is never amaanat which requires the permission of the one selling Haraam. Is there even one Deeni Aalim who is part of Sanha? OBVIOUSLY NO! Nevertheless, Sanha has many Ulama-e-Soo and Mudhilleen who are not really Ulama in terms of the Shariah.
Finally yet importantly, we should not forget that the so-called ulama of Sanha actually went to court to close the Masaajid. The Fordsburg Jamiat of Bham-Ragie-Ravat, the Sanha Shaytaan and Radio Shaytaan deceptively parading as ‘Radio Islam’ are all one clique of Mudhilleen. They were against the Masaajid being open and sided with the Kuffaar in court in support of the Kufr act of closing the Masaajid. Thus, hypocritical attitudes should be expected from the cartel of Munaafiqeen.
