DECEPTION AND NAFSAANIYYAT OF THE FORDSBURG JAMIAT!

WHAT DO THE MUNAAFIQEEN HAVE UP THEIR SLEEVES?

A letter dated 11 January 2022 issued by the Fordsburg Jamiat to the judge of the supreme court of Pakistan has crossed our path. Whilst every Muslim outrightly condemns the idea of demolishing a Musjid, it is obviously worse when Muslims are facing such an evil scenario in a country which is supposed to be a ‘Muslim’ country.

For example, the Fordsburg Jamiat stated: “The Jamiatul Ulama South Africa is a constituted body of Muslim theologians established in 1923.”

So what! So what if you were ‘established’ perhaps even in 1823 or 1723 or 1623? What is so Islamic about the year in which you claim to be established? What is the purpose of this statement which portrays satanic qualities of egotism and narcissism? What is the need to gloat and bloat about 1923 when none of its members were even born in that year or some were perhaps still soiling their nappies? 

The very presentation of 1923 reeks with the stench of false takabbur. They deceive themselves to believe that they are the same Ulama who existed in 1923 and are proudful of being able to egoistically flaunt how old their organization is. We find this malady to be with the MJC and the Jamiat KZN as well. They boast about how many years they are in existence as if age determines what is Haq and what is Baatil.

Furthermore, the Fordsburg Jamiat falsely and deceptively masquerades as ‘Jamiatul Ulama South Africa’. These Munaafiqeen did not exist in 1923! In fact, its misleading Jamiatsa name only came about a few years ago. The 1923 Jamiatul Ulama Transvaal were totally different, i.e. they were Ulama-e-Haq – not Munaafiqs!

The very name ‘Jamiatul Ulama South Africa’ stinks of pride and vanity. They portray themselves as being the leaders of the entire community. Thus, shamelessly and boldly uttering a MONSTROUS LIE, the Munaafiqeen stated:

“The fatwa [religious decrees] issued by the Jamiatul Ulama South Africa are considered to be authoritative and binding upon the Muslim Community.”

Absolute rubbish! The scrap so-called ‘fatwas’ of the Munaafiqeen are not at all binding on the Muslim community. In fact, their Baatil fatwas are not even binding on their hypocritical nafsaani Munaafiq followers. We say Munaafiq because they ran to court to keep the Masaajid closed. They even closed the Masaajid before the government ordered and they even justified their Kufr. You will find on the internet that Radio Shaytaan even published a video to justify this Kufr stance of theirs. Then after losing much support, they lied that they did not close the Masaajid. Now, hypocritically they are pleading with a Murtad not to demolish a Musjid, yet they ran to the Kuffaar courts to prevent Muslims from the Masaajid in South Africa. And even in their pleading, they lie that their scrap opinions are binding on the Muslim community!

Who gave them a mandate to speak on behalf of the Muslim community? There is not a single organization that can claim to be representing the whole Muslim community. But Bham & the uucsa Munaafiqeen are trying their best to mislead ignorant people that they are the ‘main’ Ulama council in South Africa.

Their satanic craving for name and fame is confirmed with the following stupid statement which is not even worth the paper it is written on: “It is also the founder member of the United Ulama Council which is a national body representing all major Muslim theological bodies in the country.”

The so-called United Ulama Council is not united! They are Munaafiqeen. They went to court to close the Masaajid. They went to court to interfere with the Shariah’s Laws of Nikah, Talaaq, Iddat, etc. They don’t speak against the LGBTQ clique. They don’t speak against Shias. Are they making Mut’ah with the Shias or what?

The so-called major Muslim theological bodies which uucsa represents, are major Munaafiq bodies in the country. There is not a single proper Muslim in South Africa who follows uucsa. How can a Muslim follow and support an organization that goes to court to close the Masaajid – the Houses of Allah? Following them or any of their cronies such as sanha, is showing one’s support to the Munaafiq enemies of Islam! And as a Muslim, you may not follow those Molvis who went to court to close the Masaajid. Following such sell-outs is indeed a sign of hypocrisy (Nifaaq).

How then can the Shaytaani opinions of this jusa-uucsa clique ever be considered to be binding on the Muslim community? Leave out binding, their fatwas are not at all authoritative! Their statements are meant to create a false image everywhere of them being the representatives of the Muslim community of South Africa.

Despite the lie and preposterous notion of its ‘fatwas’ being binding on the Muslim community, some of their ‘fatwas’ are so ridiculous that all the Darul Iftas of the Ulama-e-Haq disagree with them. This Fordsburg Jamiat satanically parading as Jamiatul Ulama South Africa was at pains to baselessly discredit certain Ulama associated with Wifaaqul Ulama S.A. within the last 18 months. Zaheer Ragie was the forerunner in this Fitnah. The satanic motive was indisputably hubb-e-jaah!

It is clear that the scholars for dollars are running after name and fame. Look at its halaal council known as Sanha. These carrion certifiers are feeding the Ummah Haraam meat. And despite all the Shaytaaniyyat, it advertised its 25 years of illegitimate existence! They even certify the Kaafir system of slaughtering animals!!!

Then its radio station is Radio Shaytaan falsely dubbed as ‘Radio Islam’. This Radio station is out to change the Shariah. Have you ever heard them speaking against the Shias? Yet, Sanha was in Iran! Doing what? Looking for Mut’ah or more carrion…
